Та санхүүгийн байгууллагын Facebook хуудсанд бичсэн мессежтэй холбоотой мэдээллээ Lendyx Advisor-оос устгуулахыг хүсвэл:

  1. Тухайн хуудас руу «Миний мэдээллийг устгана уу» гэж бичнэ үү, эсвэл
  2. info@lendyx.ai хаягаар хуудасны нэр, ойролцоо огноог бичиж илгээнэ үү.

If you messaged an Institution's Page

Lendyx Advisor keeps the messages you sent to a connected Facebook Page, your Page-scoped Messenger ID and the replies you received, so the Institution can support you. To have this data deleted, do one of the following:

  1. Send the message delete my data (or its Mongolian equivalent) to the same Page, or
  2. Email info@lendyx.ai with the name of the Page you messaged and the approximate date. We do not need your identity documents; we match the request to the Messenger account it comes from, or ask the Page to confirm.

Within 30 days we delete all message content, identifiers and notes linked to your Messenger ID from the Service and its backups, and send you a confirmation. De-identified training examples, which contain no names, identifiers or contact details, are not linked to you and are not affected.

Meta keeps its own copy of the conversation under its policies. To remove the conversation from Messenger itself, delete it in the Messenger app.

If you are an Institution (Page administrator)

To remove the Service's access to your Page, open your Page's settings on Facebook (Business integrations / Apps and websites) and remove Lendyx Advisor. We stop receiving messages for the Page immediately. To have all conversation data for your Page deleted, email info@lendyx.ai from your registered contact address; we delete it within 30 days and confirm in writing.

If you removed the app in your Facebook settings

Removing an app in Facebook's "Apps and Websites" settings stops new data from being shared with it. It does not by itself delete data already held by the Service — use one of the steps above for that.
